MMR stands for ‘Match Making Rating’. It ranges between 0 and 2500, given by Riot Games to determine how strong they are compared to others.

The time it takes before you decay as a Diamond is one month. The time it takes before you decay as Master, Grandmaster or Challenger player is 14 days.
