When selling your bullion back to JM Bullion know that there are charges that are not disclosed until after you commit to the sale. I agreed to a $30 dollar shipping package kit, and pre-printed, reduced rate label only to be charged another $72.62 for the label. This charge was not disclosed prior to having to commit to the sale. It is deceptive, and unethical. Sell somewhere else.

Thank you so much for your prompt shipment. There are several places that I have waited along time to receive. One it took so long I forgot I ordered the coins. JMBullion ships quickly and has a huge selection of coins. We invest in silver and I always have a hard time choosing which coins I want. I also started collecting the Gold Bucks and LOVE them. I highly recommend this company.

We started purchasing from JM Bullion in February 2021. We have not been disappointed. At first the shipping was delayed due to volume, however, the shipments are pretty quick now. So far between my husband and myself (2 accounts) we have placed over 10 orders. No complaints. I truly like that JM Bullion also has ‘Pre-sales". Oh, and let us not forget the military/ veteran discount! We will be buying more in the near future.

Purchased BU 1/10 oz gold wedgetail eagle and there was a small scratch on eagle so not real happy with it. I have purchased 3 or 4 orders from jm bullion before without complaints until now.

I have purchases from them many times. I have checked around and their prices are always the lowest for precious metals. They have the most items in stock too. Also, if you order only $199 the shipping is free. I have heard horror stories of other sites taking months to ship to you. Not this company. Honest, fair, and fast. I highly recommend JM Bullion. They should have a referral bonus though. I have sent half a dozen people to them.

Another perfect transaction. This was my first 1/4 oz gold eagle. Next weekend in planning on my first ever 1/2 golden eagle. That will. Complete my entire set if 2020 eagles. 1/10,1/4,1/2 and once coins. I've never used anybody but JM BULLION for my metals. I try to buy every month. The biggest issue I have is the premium. I believe in markup to stay in business. Some of these are a little on the greedy side.

First purchase of used silver bars from JMBullion was better than what I had expected being they were secondhand. Delivery was safe and quick with a signature being necessary. Packaged extremely well; each bar was in an individual packet. Was exactly what I was in search of. Need to mention that being a novice in the process of purchasing I found much helpful information on the site. Very informative about the product being sold, lots of information provided. If you're not in a hurry, paying with a paper check is a great idea! You save 4% right off the top but, it's a little slower coming to you. There is a short delay after the check clears your bank. However, it was the same great product I've come to expect from JM Bullion.

I've place several orders with JM and I have never been disappointed. Everything arrives on time and exactly as promised. It does worry me at times that a package worth a few thousand dollars gets left on the doorstep but I haven't had one taken yet so I guess I can't complain. I'm usually quick to test the authenticity of the items I purchase but with JM I have no doubt they are real. That ease of mind is worth the few bucks over spot.

I really like the items JM keeps in stock, customer service is good and the delivery options are good too. I like items from the Perth Mint and JM keeps a good selection.
Why 4 Stars and not 5, the coins/rounds I receive are scratched; only the Silver Rounds. I buy for the value of silver and gold, but I like to see the coins/rounds shiny and look at the art work. I don't collect them for this, but it could matter to others and does take away from my enjoyment when I receive these. That's my only issue the Gold always looks great it's just the silver this happens with.

Love buying my gold and Silver from JM. There site is easy to check out what they have. Products they offer are fantastic as well as their service. I know the demand is great on Silver right now, but they get product in pretty fast.

My order arrived in a reasonable time frame. The box was discreet with no logos on it or names identifying that it would contain precious metals. In my opinion, discretion is vital to ensuring the contents are received and not intercepted in transit.
Overall, would do business again and would recommend them over competitors that you may find don't exercise discretion when shipping your product.
