To be honest I wouldn't be worried about the little that you've been exposed to.. I mean no-one can say for 100% that but if it was me I wouldn't be too concerned. Personally I hate the stuff and would get someone to remove it if need be. Always found woodchip/ artex a bit of an eyesore myself..
