How do Pandora charms attach?
Once you've opened your Pandora bracelet, you can add your charms. Moments charms will simply thread onto a Moments bracelet. However, some Moments bracelets will slide over the threading, while others will need to be twisted on. Reflexions clip charms simply clip onto a Reflexions bracelet.
All Pandora charms don't fit all bracelets due to the different Pandora bracelet types. Your only job is to select a preferred bracelet type and fix their charms accordingly.
The original Pandora clip snaps on to the raised rivets of a charm bracelet or necklace, keeping the charms neatly in place. They look best when worn in pairs, dividing the bracelet into three separate sections, which keeps your charms neatly in place and stops them from sliding all the way around your wrist.
The standard marker's mark on Pandora jewellery is "ALE", which stands for Algot Enevoldsen, the father of Pandora founder, Per Enevoldsen. You will always see "ALE" stamped on our jewellery, except on some of our smallest pieces.
Place your charm onto the end of your bracelet and begin twisting it over the threaded area. Continue twisting until it slides easily onto the bracelet. Some charms may be unthreaded, meaning you can just slide them right onto the bracelet without having to twist.
To add new charms
Gently open the clasp. If your bracelet has a barrel clasp, insert your fingernail in the groove and gently twist to pop it open, or use the handy PANDORA clasp opener. 2. Then gently screw on your charm over the threading.

We also strongly advise against exposing the jewellery to harsh chemicals, including ammonia, bleach, chlorine and salt water. Protecting Your Jewelry
We recommend that customers remove their Pandora jewelry before going to bed, showering, swimming or participating in physical activity. Your jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance.
Spacers are smaller, thin charms that can be used to fill in the gaps between two different sized charms, but are completely optional. Spacers are not threaded and will slide freely along your bracelet.
Are Pandora bracelets supposed to be loose?
When buying a new bracelet, it should be tight. There should be no more than a thumb-space between your wrist and the bracelet. Oxidation disappears with time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect.

How do you keep charms from falling off jump rings?
The only way to permanently secure jump rings is to solder them together. Some jump rings are already soldered closed; others are solder filled and can be soldered closed with the use of a butane torch. You might also consider using split rings (think of key rings) which are very secure.
