How do you get more RR for a win in Valorant?
If you “pass” the test or win consistently, you're proving that you belong higher on that metaphorical ladder and will get matched with players closer to your performance level. You'll also see a difference in your RR points. When you win, you'll get more points, and when you lose, you'll lose less.
You will gain between 10-50 Rank Rating for a win, and a max of 20 for a draw. Between Iron and Diamond ranks, individual performance will be taken into account when calculating your Rank Rating. You will always start at 10 Rank Rating after being promoted to a new rank, and a minimum of 80 after a demotion.
For example, if you're a player in the NA region, you'll need to reach 90RR to go from Immortal 1 to Immortal 2. And if you're a player in the BR region, you'll need 230RR to go from Immortal 2 to Immortal 3.
If one or more of your 5-stack group are Radiant, the team will receive a 75% RR reduction. Having any players in your group that are below Radiant automatically reduces your potential RR by 90%.
If you win a match at lower ranks while having a stellar performance, the most RR you can get is 50.

In Valorant, there is a rule where you can not 4 stack in ranked. The rule is there to prevent someone who is solo queueing to be put with 4 people in a discord call who refuse to work with the solo player (who may have better comms and skill, but gets shut out because the group wants to have a feeling of superiority).
