How do you use fusing paper on fabric?

They are just different terms that people use but interfacing does mean the same as fusing. The term to fuse means to bond the interfacing to the fabric with heat. The glue on one side of the interfacing will melt with heat from the iron or press and bond to the fabric that it is contact with when it cools.

Interfacing is often used to provide more body in apparel projects. Interfacing is meant to be permanently added to the fabric. The stabilizer is meant to be removed after stitching. Both interfacing and stabilizer is available as a sew-in or fusible option.

Some reasons why interfacing is needed:
Reinforces the fabric areas where there could be any weight pulling, cutting, puncturing or stressing on the fabric. Avoid fabric from tearing, sagging, drooping or hanging. Stabilizes the fabric and provides a better fabric edge for cuffs, waistbands, collars, etc.
How do you stick fabric without sewing?

While using fusible hem tape is a quick alternative to sewing a hem in place, it is permanent and cannot be removed. If you are hemming a garment that may need to be adjusted at some point, for example hemming pants, this may not be the best solution as there is no way to remove the adhesive once it has been fused.
