What is gold cap in WoW Shadowlands?
10 Million gold is the cap. Per character. Also applies to Guild Banks.
Honestly I consider anything over 1M gold to be a healthy amount. most of the players I know are sub 1M and consider it a lot. I personally find im broke if I dip below 800-900k considering the cost of some of these gold sink mounts.
The trial account is still level 20, but the gold cap has been raised to 1000 gold.
An account can only accept up to a total of 500 gold through the in-game mail system and/or the Guild Vault each week. If this limit is exceeded, you will need to wait until the following week to collect any remaining gold.

Gold transfer limits specific level ranges are as follows: Level 10-30 can transfer with up to 100 gold. Level 31-50 can transfer with up to 500 gold. Level 51-60 can transfer with up to 2000 gold.
In original Wrath, the Gold Transfer Cap was increased from 10k to 20k. Currently the Gold Transfer Cap is 5k.
Again, the other point to note here is that if you do not get drops, your 1 hour will be completely wasted. But if you farm 3 or 4 times a day, you will get at least one drop. This means you should snag between 100-250k gold per day.
A 1 standard lot in gold is equal to 100 ounces. Therefore, when you trade, 0.10 lots is trading 10 ounces of Gold.
