What are things to put stickers on?
- Water Bottle (you can even run vinyl stickers through the dishwasher!)
- Car Bumper or Car Back Window.

Wave the heat gun in a side to side motion until you can feel that the sticker is very warm. Using the razor, gently try to slide the blade under the edges of the sticker, lifting them from the base. Repeat until you can get your thumb and pointer fingers firmly on the edges.
To seal the stickers, use a paintbrush to apply a thin layer of decoupage glue over the stickers and the plastic surfaces immediately around their edges. The glue will be white and opaque while it is wet, but it will become clear when it is dry.
You could always clear coat them (acrylic clear coat over the sticker). Or you could use a small drop of super glue under the edge of it, but make sure you quickly wipe up the excess before it hardens or makes a mess.
