I'd argue that the Titan is the best bet, followed by the Warlock and then the Hunter. Paul Tassi insists that the Hunter's jump and supers make them the best choice for new players, but I'd argue that the Titan's overall survivability makes them friendlier in moment-to-moment gameplay.

Warlocks don't have a special weakness but they just have limited powers. So if you make them run out of them, they can't fight you anymore. Vampires are always strong, except for when they walk into the sunlight of course. Werewolfs can control their transformation when they're trained.
