Mod Podge And Glitter: Using Loose Glitter
This is the process of sprinkling and gluing your glitter to the surface by hand which is much messier and more time-consuming. You can apply this method using mod podge or another glue for glitter. If you are gluing over fabric then you can use fabric glue as a sealant.
