January 2024 Update for Cast Members Interested in Renting an Apartment:

The new apartments for Cast Members and College Program participants at Flamingo Crossings are called Flamingo Crossings Village. The complex is located adjacent to Walt Disney World property, about ten minutes away from Magic Kingdom. The apartments are a major upgrade from previous College Program housing, with hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a flat panel TV, and a free furniture package.
The complex offers spacious 2 and 4 bedroom apartments at a range of rates conducive for various budgets. Cast Members can share a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment for $879 per month. If you are a Cast Member who would like to rent an apartment at Flamingo Crossings Village, you must have a valid blue or green ID.

Flamingo Crossings Village provides DCP participants with spacious apartments and numerous amenities that offers them a comfortable, safe and relaxing living environment right next door to the Walt Disney World Resort. 🦩
Participants can stay in two or four-bedroom apartments with no more than four people in one apartment. All apartments feature hardwood-style floors, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a smart TV, and all the needed furniture including beds, couches, tables, chairs, and more. The kitchen comes complete with plates, utensils, cookware, and glassware.
In two people bedrooms, we’ve kept your privacy in mind! There are privacy dividers in each shared bedroom to make you feel as at home and comfortable as possible.
In addition, there is plenty of storage space for everyone. Each participant has their own closet, dresser, lockable drawers, and pantry cabinet. You know what that means – plenty of room for Mickey ears and Disney Parks snacks!
Disney Programs team will host monthly social events, learning activities, and trips to explore Florida. Participants should keep an eye out on program communication for these opportunities.
If participants are looking for quiet time, there are spaces for that too. Study rooms and quiet seating spaces are available throughout the property. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center onsite – FREE!
Not only will participants enjoy their apartments and amenities, but they will do so in the safest living environment yet. Courtesy officers will be available at all times, blue light safety phones are stationed throughout the property, and apartments, bedrooms, and the general property entrance will be accessible via electronic key cards.

The Flamingo Crossings Village for Disney cast members has a 24-hour community center, 24-hour fitness center, several pools, 24-hour packaging room, computers, gaming area, jumbo screen TV, and several multi-purpose rooms.
Each apartment will have air conditioning, a full-size washer and dryer, a spacious kitchen area stocked with kitchen supplies (plates, cups, pots, pans), a smart TV in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and an electronic key entry system.
The cost of the apartments will be anywhere from $185 to $215 per week per cast member, and can accommodate 2 – 4 cast members in either 2-bedroom or 4-bedroom apartments. Rent is automatically deducted from weekly paychecks.

2,600 apartment units. NOT enough parking spaces for 10,000 DCP participants! Parking permits by lottery. Be prepared to park off-site like at Typhoon Lagoon and take a bus home.
