Urethane concrete is known for its durability with its floor coating being very flexible and elastic – allowing it to last up to 30 years.

Self-leveling concrete is a cement-like compound similar to concrete, but it is much thinner, flows more easily, and sets up faster. When mixed with water, it can be poured over existing concrete slabs where it will spread and even itself out, creating an even surface texture.

One of the main concerns that come with self-leveling concrete is its tendency to crack or crumble. This can be caused by a few different factors, but the main ones are poor bonding between the concrete itself and the newly-poured compound, and movement of the concrete slab.
