How long is enough for Disney World?
Our standard recommendation for a Walt Disney World trip is four full days, one day in each park. But three days is a good amount, too, and we take pretty frequent three-day visits as well.
The (Walt Disney) World Tour: 10-14 Days
If you want to see (almost) everything Walt Disney World has to offer (all four theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs, the resorts and their restaurants, etc.) and have the time and money to do so, we'd recommend double-digit days.
"How long is needed to really enjoy the holiday? would 2 weeks be sufficient or would 17 days be better?" 2 weeks is enough, but 17days is better, especially if you want to see anything outside the "Disney bubble" such as Kennedy Space center, a beach, St. Augustine or one of our beautiful state parks.
Going to Disney World for 7 days is the perfect amount of time for a first visit (or a return visit, honestly) so you have enough time to really settle in and make the most of the theme parks. The typical Disney World trip is actually around 5 days, so if you're going for 7 – consider yourself lucky!
That 3rd option is the 120-minute rule. Essentially, you can book another Lightning Lane 2 hours (120 minutes) after reserving a previous one if the return time for the first Lightning Lane is more than 2 hours away.
It is possible to do all four Disney World parks in one day, but it'll take careful planning. Your best bet is to either start or end at Magic Kingdom. Opt to drive if that's an option for you. Disney World transportation can be unreliable.
The most common length of a Disney trip is 4 or 5 days. This allows you to spend one full day at each of the four Disney World theme parks. Planning a 4 – 5 day Disney trip will work well for most people.
Most Common Trip Length – 4 or 5 Days: This trip length works well for most people because you can visit all four Disney World theme parks, even possibly enjoy a second day at a favorite park, and it fits within most people's work vacation limits.
I believe 10 days is a good amount of time to spend at Disney World. You will never see it all no matter how long you stay. How many days do you need at Hollywood Studios? I would suggest 1-2 days spent at Hollywood Studios if you's planning on experiencing all the new Star Wars attractions and Toy Story Land.
A 6-day Disney World itinerary gives you plenty of time to visit the four main parks and everything else Disney World has to offer, like the water parks, Disney Springs, and the miniature golf courses.
How often does the average person go to Disney World?
Every 2-4 Years.
Whether or not people can hit every ride in a single day depends on a lot of factors, the pair says. The hours of the park vary day-to-day, from 15 to 17 hours of operation. The number of rides open can vary as well as Disney places certain ones under refurbishment.

Hollywood Studios typically takes the Least Time of any Walt Disney World park. As one of Disney's smaller parks, this park is broken up into several areas. Get to know the Hollywood Studios map before you go, because while it has the least things to do, see and eat, it also has a rather confusing layout.
September is the best overall month to visit Disney World. Other than Labor Day, there are no holidays to bring in crowds and most families have returned home for the school year. This is therefore the least crowded time of year to visit Disney World.
"Guests are welcome to bring bottles, cups and mugs into the theme parks provided that they are not glass containers and they do not bring alcohol into the theme parks.
You're also in luck if you're running late. Lightning Lane allows guests to scan in up to 15 minutes after their assigned one-hour window. Cast members may allow guests to scan in after this time, but that's handled individually. Note that these grace periods may vary depending on how busy the park is that day.
The average Walt Disney World guest walks 7-10 miles PER DAY during their vacation. For some guests, this is great – you want to get those steps in as your form of vacation exercise (gotta work off all those cupcake and turkey leg calories).
How Much Does it Cost after 6 pm to park at Disney World Theme Parks? Disney Parking Costs after 6 pm are the SAME as they are any other time of day. The only exception to this is if you have a Table in Wonderland card, which we'll chat about below.
Yes, Walt Disney World does close when it gets too full. Contrary to popular belief, you actually have some control here. Unlike the hours before the hard-ticketed party events, Disney Cast Members will not go through the parks and kick you out.
Naomi, park hopping wise - you are able to visit one, two or even all four of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks in a single day if you would like. It's totally up to you. I've done all of it before and it's so much fun. However you would like to plan your day is totally up to you.
What does a 13 minute wait at Disney mean?
If either attraction has a wait time of 13 minutes for the standby line, get in line! 13 minutes is a 'code' for no wait time at all. In the case of these two attractions, number 13 happens to be a lucky number! ( Photo Credit Meeko)

If you're looking to plan a Disney World vacation, there's a wide range of prices available to you. For a family of three or four, you'll probably want to assume you're spending at least $3500, with $5000-6000 being a comfortable amount, and $10000 being enough to make anyone's dreams come true.
I recommend budgeting the following amount for every person. That works out to $58 a person a day. You'll also likely spend about $30 a day on snacks for the family. All in, you should budget $1,048 for four days at Disney World for your family.
