Does Star-Eater Scales have an ornament?
The only ornament for Star-Eater Scales is Tekeli-Li, which released two seasons ago (S16). It was sold for Bright Dust on Week 6 of that season.
Returning in Destiny 2, Weapon Ornaments can again be purchased through Eververse, earned through quests, or can be obtained by decrypting Bright Engrams.
Creating and Applying Ornaments
Players can do so by going to their Character Appearance screen, going down to the Appearance Subscreen, entering Appearance Customization, and choose any armor piece (Legendary quality or lower) they've unlocked in their Collection to create a Universal Ornament.

Ornaments can be gained from Eververse Engrams or bought for Silver at the store. Some Exotic ornaments also appear in the weekly Bright Dust store, so players should save up their dust and check it out every Tuesday on reset.
