At first, waking up the Wublins seems very difficult and time-consuming, and this can be true without the right preparations for waking them up. However, they are very simple to wake up if you know what you are doing. With some general tips and specific strategies for all Wublins, you will be able to complete the Island easily.

General Tips

From Wublins.

It's best to "zap" the eggs in order of decreasing breeding time: 4-element monsters first, then 3-element, then 2-element, then 1. This minimizes the amount of waiting that is needed for the eggs to finish breeding while the Wublin timer is counting down -- one of the long wait times is out of the way before the clock even starts. If diamonds are ever needed to speed things up, less of them will end up being spent.

To reliably breed a 4-element monster egg, breeding together the Common and Rare versions of the monster is best: 100% chance of success (as long as the Rare version is not currently available to breed). To get a 3-element monster, breeding one with a 4-element monster gives a 99% chance of success (the other 1% gives an Ethereal). Breeding a 3-element monster with its own Rare also guarantees success. 2-element monsters can be bred reliably from their two 1-element parents. 1-element monsters can be reliably obtained by breeding one with a 4-element monster.

Try not to wake up a Wublin during a long-term rare promotion, because you will have the risk of breeding a rare on accident and losing some time to activate your Wublin.

Do try to focus on one Wublin at a time, although you could still fill up multiple Wublins at once with enough time. Start focusing on breeding the eggs for the desired Wublin by breeding the eggs on multiple islands. Try to study where each monster egg can be bred in and try to efficiently provide eggs from each island. Do consider the lengths of times the eggs will be bred as well as the times when you will be playing the game.

Look at the elements of the monsters you're trying to breed, and the monsters they can be bred from, compared to the monsters you need for a Wublin. For example, for the Dwumrohl, you can breed an Entbrat from a Bowgart and a Noggin. Any of these monsters can be zapped into the Dwumrohl even if the breeding is unsuccessful and you get one of the parent monsters as a result.

Another time-saving measure is to pre-breed as many of the required monsters as possible and have the eggs waiting in your Breeding Structures before zapping the first egg into your Wublin (ideally one from each island beginning with the monsters with the longest breeding times). Since your timer will begin running as soon as you zap the first egg, having five of the eggs with the longest breeding times already prepared could potentially save you multiple days depending on the Wublin. Users who have previously purchased at least one item for the game have the extra advantage of being able to purchase Bonus Breeding Structures for each of the five islands that the required inventory comes from and pre-breeding one additional monster per island, saving even more time. This is particularly useful for the Wublins that require multiple Quad- and Triple-Element monsters like Dwumrohl and Thwok.

Don't forget that some of the monsters can be bred on Shugabush Island, by "breeding failure".

Time Management Tips

From Wublins.

Although multiple inactive Wublins can exist at once, it is recommended to focus on only one Wublin at a time. It is also a good idea to start off with trying to wake up the Brump or Zynth, as they are the easiest to do. This is because they only require the eggs of double and triple element monsters, which do not require much luck and only require basic time management to finish successfully. Do note that some monster eggs require a certain island before they can be bred, due to their element configurations. A reasonable order for Zapping the Wublins is given below, from first to last. This order is determined on the basis of overall difficulty and island management. ("Min" refers to the minimum island required for Zapping the Wublins without diamond spending, "min. recommend" refers to the minimum recommended island for Zapping without diamond spending.)

  1. Brump (min. Plant, min. recommend Cold)
  2. Zynth (min. Cold, min. recommend Air)
  3. Poewk (min. Water)
  4. Thwok (min. Earth)
  5. Screemu (min. Water)
  6. Zuuker (min. Cold, min. recommend Air or Water)
  7. Blipsqueak (min. Air, min. recommend Water or Earth)
  8. Bona-Petite (min. Air, min. recommend Water or Earth)
  9. Pixolotl (min. Air, min. recommend Water or Earth)
  10. Dermit (min. Earth)
  11. Scargo (min. Water, min. recommend Earth)
  12. Fleechwurm (min. Earth)
  13. Maulch (min. Earth)
  14. Gheegur (min. Water or Haven, min. recommend Earth)
  15. Whajje (min. Water or Haven, min. recommend Earth)
  16. Tympa (min. Water, min. recommend Earth)
  17. Creepuscule (Min. Water, min. recommend Earth)
  18. Astropod (min. Water, min. recommend Earth)
  19. Dwumrohl (min. Earth)

Pre - Activation Tips

Before zapping the first egg into your Wublin, consider the following:

  • Make sure your Wublin Island has the layout you want, as changing it after waking up your monsters may be infuriatingly slow. See Wublin Island Grid Planning to plan the most productive layout.
  • If you feel like you won't be able to wake up the Wublin in time, there may be a chance you won't be able to. Only attempt to wake up a wublin if you are confident you can, as failing to wake one up may be an unpleasant experience. You can always return to the wublin later in the game when you have more resources.
Wublin Guide (3)

Brump

Wublin Guide (4)x2Wublin Guide (5)x6 Time limit: 2 days

A Brump's inventory is one of the fastest that can be filled using only a single Breeding Structure on each island (assuming all islands and monsters are available to you). It is most recommended to breed the Furcorns in the Natural Islands that it is available in (i.e. Plant Island, Cold Island and Earth Island). The Fwogs are easier to breed, making it only necessary to breed them in Air Island and Water Island.

If you have all five Natural islands, breed Furcorns on the three islands that can breed them, and Fwogs on the other two. Otherwise, it's best to start breeding with the Furcorn, to save more breeding time, then breed the Fwog. Assuming that one does not use speed-ups, it is possible to activate the Brump within 8 hours (by zapping in the 3 Furcorn eggs and 2 Fwog eggs before the zap timer and then zapping the other 3 Furcorn eggs after). If you have Light Island, you are able to breed a fourth Furcorn before the zap timer, and with Shugabush Island you can do five Furcorns.

Wublin Guide (6)

Zynth

Wublin Guide (7)x1Wublin Guide (8)x1Wublin Guide (9)x1Wublin Guide (10)x1Wublin Guide (11)x1Wublin Guide (12)x1 Time limit: 3 days

A Zynth's inventory is one of the fastest that can be filled using only a single Breeding Structure on each island (assuming all islands and monsters are available to you). The Congle egg takes the longest amount of time to produce at 12 hours (9 hours if using an enhanced breeding structure) and all the other eggs can be made during that time using other islands. The Oaktopus can be bred on Shugabush Island by a failed breeding with a Shugabush, but this is less reliable than breeding it in the usual way from a Potbelly and a Toe Jammer (or an Oaktopus and a Rare Oaktopus).

Assuming that one has only unlocked up to Air Island, the recommendation of order of filling in Wublin slots is to start off with T-Rox on Plant Island, Congle on Air Island, Pango on Cold Island; the next 12-hour period finishing off with Drumpler on Plant/Air Islands, Oaktopus on Plant/Cold Islands, Maw on Plant/Cold/Air Islands.

If Water/Psychic Island, Faerie/Earth Island, and Fire Oasis or the Mirror Islands are unlocked, then one can easily wake up the Zynth without worrying about the timer, only needing to wait 12 hours. Specifically, one can bypass the need for a second phase of breeding; what is only needed next is to breed Oaktopus on Water Island or Psychic Island, Drumpler on Earth Island or Faerie Island, and Maw on Fire Oasis.

Compared to all other Wublins, Zynths are by far the most efficient at producing currency, due to its small 2x2 physical space. Despite the fact that they produce at the same rate as any other Wublin, many more Zynths can occupy entire physical space of Wublin Island compared to most other Wublins, the only exception being Thwok, who also consumes a 2x2 space. Populating Zynths all over Wublin Island is called "Zynth Farming", and it can used to farm Diamonds.

Poewk

Wublin Guide (14)x1Wublin Guide (15)x1Wublin Guide (16)x1Wublin Guide (17)x1Wublin Guide (18)x1Wublin Guide (19)x1Wublin Guide (20)x1Wublin Guide (21)x2Wublin Guide (22)x2 Time limit: 5 days

Ideally, the Shellbeat would be bred with a Rare Shellbeat to get a definite Shellbeat for the Poewk, but if not, try breeding a Reedling with a Toe Jammer and ridding off the Toe Jammers.

As for the others, first breed a Clamble on Plant Island, breed the Pango on Cold Island, breed the PomPom on Air Island, breed a Dandidoo on Water Island and breed a Reedling on Earth. Next, breed the other Clamble on Earth Island, breed the other Dandidoo in Cold Island, breed the Oaktopus in Plant Island, breed a Scups in Air Island, breed a Shrubb in Water Island.

A time saving strategy is to pre-breed the Shellbeat (Water), Clamble/Shrubb (Plant), Scups/Pompom(Air), Reedling(Earth), and Pango/Dandidoo/Oaktapus (Cold). If one has two Mirror Islands, the Fire Islands, Psychic Island, and Shugabush Island, one can activate it just by pre-breeding the monsters.

If you have the Fire Islands, then you can breed the second Clamble on Earth, Reedling on Haven, and Pango on Oasis before the zap timer. The PomPom can be bred on Shugabush Island beforehand, and the Oaktopus can be bred on Psychic Island.

Wublin Guide (23)

Thwok

Wublin Guide (24)x1Wublin Guide (25)x1Wublin Guide (26)x1Wublin Guide (27)x1Wublin Guide (28)x1Wublin Guide (29)x4Wublin Guide (30)x4Wublin Guide (31)x4Wublin Guide (32)x4Wublin Guide (33)x4 Time limit: 7 days

To fill in all of the eggs of the Thwok within the 7-day limit, it is strongly recommended to breed Bowgart + Noggin for the Entbrat, Quibble + Furcorn for the Deedge, PomPom + Toe Jammer for the Riff, Spunge + Noggin for the Shellbeat, and PomPom + Potbelly for the Quarrister. This means that there is possibility of breeding the necessary Quad-element monsters and also possibility of breeding the monsters required for the Thwok (excepting Noggin, Toe Jammer and Potbelly, which can simply be wasted or filled into the Dwumrohl).

Another time-saving measure is to pre-breed each of the five required Quad-Element monsters (one from each island) and have the eggs waiting in your Breeding Structures before zapping the first egg into your Wublin. Since your timer will begin running as soon as you zap the first egg, having the five eggs with the longest breeding times already prepared could potentially save you multiple days. Furcorns and Quibbles can be bred on Fire Oasis and Light Island, so you can get a head start by breeding them as you wait for the Quads to breed. Users who have previously purchased at least one item for the game have the extra advantage of being able to purchase Bonus Breeding Structures for each of the five islands that the required inventory comes from and pre-breeding one additional monster per island, (ideally five Triple-Element monsters) saving even more time. Another way to save time with this strategy is to pre-breed the Deedge on Shugabush Island instead of Cold Island. Since you are not on a timer yet, it doesn’t matter if you get a Shugabush or a Shugavox. This leaves Cold Island open for you to breed Bowgart. You could also breed a PomPom on Shugabush Island instead.

Wublin Guide (34)

Dwumrohl

Wublin Guide (35)x3Wublin Guide (36)x3Wublin Guide (37)x3Wublin Guide (38)x3Wublin Guide (39)x3Wublin Guide (40)x4Wublin Guide (41)x4Wublin Guide (42)x4Wublin Guide (43)x4Wublin Guide (44)x4Wublin Guide (45)x2Wublin Guide (46)x2Wublin Guide (47)x8Wublin Guide (48)x8Wublin Guide (49)x8Wublin Guide (50)x4Wublin Guide (51)x4 Time limit: 14 days

It is good to try breeding one of each of the Quad-element monsters prior to starting to fill the Dwumrohl. This will repeat for two days. Make sure to breed a new Quad-element monster at approximately the same time of day as the previous, or even earlier if you have Enhanced Breeding Structures. Triple-element monsters can be pumped out at a rate of two per day, preferably in the morning and night. Do try to have some Enhanced Breeding Structures. The best way is to breed rare Quad-element monsters with their common counterparts to ensure the production of a Quad-element egg. If you do not have Rare Quad Elementals, try breeding a high level triple elemental and a high level single elemental (use some of the triples needed by the Dwumrohl, so it’s not a total loss even if you fail to get the quad), and you may want to light some wishing torches. A similar strategy can be applied for the triple element monsters by breeding a Quad with a Triple, although you run the small risk of breeding an Ethereal. After breeding all required quads and triples, breed all of the required single-element monsters. Breed all Noggins, Toe Jammers, and Mammotts in one session if you have the time.

If you don't have Rare Quad-element monsters, try breeding Mammott/Noggin + Pummel/Bowgart (for Entbrat), Bowgart/Congle/Thumpies + Tweedle/Potbelly/Toe Jammer (for Deedge), Congle/PomPom/Scups + Noggin/Toe Jammer/Mammott (for Riff), Pummel/Reedling/Scups + Tweedle/Toe Jammer/Potbelly (for Shellbeat), Reedling/Thumpies + Mammott/Noggin (for Quarrister). They may give chances of giving monsters actually needed (as long as you use the right counterparts of the breeding, such as list 1 of both sides of the quad-breeding list, list 2 of both sides of the quad-breeding list or list 3 of both sides of the quad-breeding list).

Another time-saving measure is to pre-breed one of each of the five required Quad-Element monsters (one from each island) and have the eggs waiting in your Breeding Structures before zapping the first egg into your Wublin. Since your timer will begin running as soon as you zap the first egg, having five of the eggs with the longest breeding times already prepared will automatically save one day (or eighteen hours). Users who have previously purchased at least one item for the game have the extra advantage of being able to purchase Bonus Breeding Structures for each of the five Natural islands. If a user is in possession of these, they can pre-breed two of each Quad-Element monster, saving up to 48 hours in the initial Quad-Element strategy. Enhancing all of your Breeding Structures will help you save even more time and complete the Dwumrohl even quicker.

With enough time-saving measures, it is possible to complete all of the monster eggs without spending any diamonds within 3 days. If you have Bonus Enhanced Breeding Structures on every island, you can complete Dwumrohl in just 9 hours without speeding up eggs.

Zuuker

Wublin Guide (53)x2Wublin Guide (54)x2Wublin Guide (55)x6Wublin Guide (56)x4Wublin Guide (57)x4Wublin Guide (58)x6Wublin Guide (59)x6 Time limit: 10 days

Like most other Wublins, a good strategy for getting Zuuker faster is to breed the 4-element monsters first. In this case, start by breeding Entbrat and Deedge on Plant, Cold, and Shugabush Island before starting Zuuker’s timer. For Air, Water, Earth, Light, Psychic, and Bone Island, try breeding T-Rox, Oaktopus, Furcorn, and Fwog, since the Quads on those islands are not needed by Zuuker, but they have some of the monsters that are needed. Breed T-Rox on Air Island, Furcorn on Earth and Light Island, Oaktopus on Water and Psychic Island, and Fwog on Bone Island. Save the eggs in the breeding structure until you have most of the main required monsters. Doing this could give you a head start on the breeding, and give you a better chance of getting all the eggs in before the time runs out and the eggs go bad. Once you finish breeding all of the Quads on Plant and Cold Island, begin breeding your Bowgarts. The best option for breeding them is to use Bowgart + Rare Bowgart, but if you don’t have Rare Bowgart, use Bowgart + Toe Jammer. Using Bowgart + Deedge or Entbrat could get you a Ghazt or a Grumpyre, which both take very long to breed and could give you a major setback.

Wublin Guide (60)

Screemu

Wublin Guide (61)x2Wublin Guide (62)x6Wublin Guide (63)x6Wublin Guide (64)x6 Time limit: 5 days

Although all monster eggs that are required by this Wublin can be found in Water Island, it is best to breed monsters on separate islands rather than all on Water Island. Try breeding the Shellbeats (by using Shellbeat + Rare Shellbeat, or Spunge + Noggin) on Water Island, Shrubbs on Plant Island, Earth Island, and Fire Haven, Quibbles on Air Island, Fire Oasis, or Shugabush Island, and Spunges on Cold Island. Once all of the Shellbeats are done, start breeding Spunges and Quibbles in Water Island. Also avoid starting the timer of the Wublin before the first Shellbeat, Shrubb, Quibble and Spunge are placed in.

To fill up a Screemu’s inventory using a single breeding structure per island, you will need Bonus Breeding Structures on all islands that need Screemu eggs, as well as Bonus Breeding Structures on Mirror Cold Island and Mirror Water Island. If you have all Mirror Islands, then you don’t need Bonus Breeding Structures on Plant, Air, or Earth Island.

Wublin Guide (65)

Tympa

Wublin Guide (66)x8Wublin Guide (67)x12Wublin Guide (68)x12Wublin Guide (69)x12Wublin Guide (70)x24 Time limit: 14 days

It is difficult to breed when only five islands can be used to breed monsters the Tympa requires. However, breeding T-Roxes in Plant and Air Islands; Pummels in Plant and Water Islands; Clambles in Plant and Earth Islands; Shellbeats in Water Island; and Drumplers in Plant, Air, Earth, and Faerie Islands may help. Just try using the time wisely and breed Drumplers during the times you are active to play and replace with the Triple-Element Monsters at near the inactive gaming periods (Breed T-Rox into Air Island, Pummel into Plant Island, and Clamble into Earth Island during those times). It is also a good idea to be breeding Drumplers as much as possible on Faerie Island, as no other eggs are needed on that island. However, if you do end up completing the Drumplers early, just continue breeding T-Roxes in Air Island, Pummels in Plant Island, Clambles in Earth Island, and Shellbeats in Water Island.

Provided Enhanced Breeding Structures are used, no extra Breeding Structures are used and no speedups are used, it is possible to complete the whole breeding thing within 7 days if active at the game enough. If Bonus Enhanced Breeding Structures are used on every island, and all eggs are zapped immediately when they expire, Tympa can be completed in 18 hours without speeding up eggs.

Dermit

Wublin Guide (72)x2Wublin Guide (73)x3Wublin Guide (74)x4Wublin Guide (75)x4Wublin Guide (76)x12 Time limit: 3 days

Breed all of the Entbrats on Plant Island, breed all of the Thumpies at Cold Island, breed all of the Scups at Air and Water Islands, breed the Fwogs at the opposite islands to the Scups (Plant and Bone Island), and breed all Quarristers on Earth Island. Try to already have a Quarrister and a Entbrat before starting to fill up the inventory. If you don't, you might have to spend diamonds to speed up the process for Quarrister and Entbrats. If you don't have Rare Quarrister to breed with the regular Quarrister, then use Thumpies + Noggin. It is recommended to have a Rare Entbrat to breed Entbrat + Rare Entbrat because Fwog + Furcorn may not make full success and the Furcorns may cause waiting issues with the Breeding Structure. If you do not have a Rare Entbrat, the best option is to use a high level Bowgart and a high level Noggin, and it may be a good idea to light some Wishing Torches.

Gheegur

Wublin Guide (78)x6Wublin Guide (79)x4Wublin Guide (80)x4Wublin Guide (81)x6Wublin Guide (82)x6 Time limit: 7 days

Unfortunately, none of the Monsters live on Plant or Cold Island.

Breed all of the Riffs on Air Island (recommended to use Rare Riff + Riff or PomPom + Toe Jammer), breed all of the Scups on Air (after all Riffs have been zapped) and Water Island, breed all of the Pompoms on Air (after all Riffs have been zapped) and Earth Island, breed all Reedlings on Water and Earth Islands and Fire Haven and breed all Cybops on Water and Earth Islands and Fire Haven once Reedlings are done. It is recommended to already have a Riff, Reedling and any other 3-element monsters ready on Air, Water and Earth Islands respectively and a Reedling on Fire Haven first, then zap these monsters into the Wublin. After that, zap all the remaining monsters within the time limit to wake up the Gheegur.

Wublin Guide (83)

Whajje

Wublin Guide (84)x7Wublin Guide (85)x10Wublin Guide (86)x10Wublin Guide (87)x10Wublin Guide (88)x6 Time limit: 10 days

None of the required monsters can be bred on Plant Island or the Magical Islands. Breed every Deedge on Cold Island, preferably breeding together the Rare Deedge with the common Deedge for a guaranteed Deedge; otherwise, breed either Bowgart + Tweedle or Dandidoo + Maw and scrap the Bowgarts and Maws, respectively. Deedges can also be bred on Shugabush Island as a result of a breeding failure, although you run the risk of breeding a Shugavox, which normally take over a day to send to the Nursery. It is still a good idea to have a Deedge egg in the Shugabush Island breeding structure before starting Whajje.

Tweedles, Dandidoos, Cybops, and Reedlings can all be bred on Water, Earth, and Fire Haven - focus on completing one specific monster at a time. Reedlings should be done first, as they require the most time, followed by Cybops, Dandidoos, and Tweedles; additionally, Tweedles can be bred on Fire Oasis, giving you more time to finish breeding the other monsters. It is recommended to breed the Rare version of the Reedling with its common counterpart. If you use a Quad-element to breed a Reedling on Water or Earth island, you run the small risk of breeding either a Jeeode or a Humbug, which take almost two days to send to the Nursery. If you don’t have Rare Reedling, use Reedling and Noggin.

Pre-breeding the required monsters is always a good idea to save time, especially when attempting to pre-breed the Deedge or the Reedling.

it is recommended to save up diamonds if you are close to running out of time and only require a few more eggs.

Blipsqueak

Wublin Guide (90)x4Wublin Guide (91)x6Wublin Guide (92)x4Wublin Guide (93)x6Wublin Guide (94)x4 Time limit: 5 days

In order to awaken Blipsqueak, it is recommended to begin with Deedges, breeding them on Cold Island, Shugabush Island, and Mirror Cold Island. It is also recommended to breed using the combination of Deedge and Rare Deedge on Cold and Mirror, for 100% success rate (unless Rare Deedge re-run is on). If you don’t have Rare Deedge, use Thumpies and Toe Jammer to get the Toe Jammers out of the way. While Deedge is breeding, Plant Island, Air Island, Water Island, Earth Island, and their respective Mirrors are still open. the next Monster recommended to focus on is PomPom. It is recommended to breed it on Air Island, Earth Island, and their respective Mirror Islands. It is best to use the combo PomPom and Rare PomPom, so no Ethereals are bred, which could ruin the chances of waking the Wublin in time, but if you don’t have Rare PomPom, the best choice is to use PomPom and Noggin. This leaves Plant Island, Water Island, Fire Haven, and their respective mirrors still open to be used for breeding. T-Rox and Cybop take the same time to breed. so either one can be prioritized. since Plant Island doesn't have Cybop and Water Island and Fire Haven don’t have T-Rox, Plant and its Mirror can be used to breed T-Rox while Water, its Mirror, and Haven can be used to breed Cybop. For T-Rox it is recommended to breed using T-Rox and Rare T-Rox or T-Rox and Noggin, for the same reasons as PomPom. Once PomPom is done breeding, Air and Earth Island are open. On Earth Cybop could then be bred, and T-Rox on Air. Toe Jammers, due to their short breeding time, can be done at the end, or on Fire Oasis, Psychic Island, and Bone Island. This strategy Works whether you have Mirror Islands, Enhanced Breeding Structures, and Secondary Breeding Structures or not. On average it takes 2 days to wake up Blipsqueak using this strategy.

It is strongly recommended to use Rare Deedge + Deedge and Rare Shellbeat + Shellbeat for these quads in their respective islands. Breed T-Roxes in Plant and Air, breed the Congles in Air (and Cold once Deedges are all bred), breed the Quibbles on Air Island and Fire Oasis (and Water and Cold once Deedges and Shellbeats are done) and breed all Pummels on Plant (and Water if Shellbeats are done). Earth Island is not needed much, since it is easy to breed the 12 Noggins there and there are no other monsters required that can be bred on Earth Island. On Shugabush Island, it is recommended to breed Deedges, and when those are done, Quibbles.

Scargo

Wublin Guide (104)x3Wublin Guide (105)x3Wublin Guide (106)x2Wublin Guide (107)x2Wublin Guide (108)x3Wublin Guide (109)x3 Time limit: 3 days

Pre-prepare Shellbeats on Water Island, Clamble on Earth Island, Pummel on Plant Island (plus another Pummel on Mirror Plant Island, or go for Shrubb if also Bonus Breeding Structures available in your main Plant Island), Spunge on Cold Island, and Shrubb on Fire Haven. Unfortunately, no monster the Scargo requires lives in Air Island.

If you have no extra breeding structure nor mirror Water Island, you must be lucky to get the Shellbeats. That is unless you have Rare Shellbeat, since breeding Rare Shellbeat + Shellbeat guarantees Shellbeat unless rare rerun is on. Spunge + Noggin is the best combo if you don’t have Rare Shellbeat, as Noggin has the lowest breeding time and Spunge is needed to wake up Scargo.

After pre-preparing the monster eggs, keep breeding all monsters of the highest breeding number, unless you have lots of time throughout the day, which in this case you may breed those Dandidoos and Shrubbs first. Make sure you are really active though, because the short time limit and the fact that neither Air Island nor Shugabush Island is usable makes this challenge really difficult.

To fill this Wublin, you should have the rare versions of Deedge and Shellbeat. If you don't, you'll have to use a Triple-Element and One-Element (for Shellbeats, breed Reedling and Toe Jammer, and for Deedges, breed Spunge and Mammott). Start with breeding the Deedges on Cold Island, Scups on Air Island, Shellbeats on Water Island, Reedlings on Earth Island, and Reedlings on Fire Haven. When the Deedges and Shellbeats are done, use Cold and Water Islands for breeding the Spunges and Reedlings. The Toe-Jammers can be bred on the empty Plant Island, Fire Oasis, Psychic Island, and Bone Island.

Pixolotl requires Air Island, though it is strongly recommended to buy Earth Island before trying to wake it up. Cold Island is useless for waking it up because all the eggs have the Earth element.

Start by breeding the Entbrats, Riffs, Scups, Cybops, and Fwogs (Only if you have Bone Island). Breed the Entbrats and Riffs with the Rares or the 1+3 element monsters. Breed the 3 element monsters with the Rares, 3+1 element monsters, or 3+4 element monsters (be careful with 3+4 element monsters, as this can breed an Ethereal). Start by breeding the Entbrats on Plant Island, the Riffs on Air Island, the Scups on Water Island, and the Cybops on Fire Haven. Once the Entbrats and Riffs are done, breed the Pummels on Plant Island and more Scups on Air island. Once the Scups and Pummels are done, breed the T-Roxes and more Cybops on Water Island. You should have completed all of your Fwogs by now (If you have Bone Island).

Start with breeding the Entbrats on Plant Island and the Riffs on Air Island. Once you have confirmed the start of a successful breeding of each of them, begin breeding PomPoms on Earth Island and Shugabush Island and Bowgarts on Cold Island. Do not zap any eggs until you have both an Entbrat and a Riff ready to zap. Once you begin zapping, you may start breeding Fwogs on Water Island and Bone Island (They are only ones that can use on these islands). At the same time, start breeding Drumplers and Mass on Faerie Island and Fire Oasis. After the Riffs are done, you can breed more PomPoms if needed on Air. When the Entbrats are done, you can breed more Bowgarts on Plant Island if needed. Once these are completed, breed the T-Rox on Plant and/or Air Islands. After that, the Drumplers and Maws can be bred, if they are not finished yet. Drumplers on Plant, Air and/or Earth Islands and Maws on Plant, Cold and/or Air Islands. The Mammots are the last to be bred and can be done on Plant, Cold, Air, Earth, and Faerie Islands, as well as Fire Oasis. You could also breed the Mammotts on Light Island to get them out of the way beforehand.

  1. As a preemptive measure, have an Entbrat egg, a Spunge Egg, a Pummel egg, and a Quarrister egg prepared before you zap your first egg into the Maulch. This process can save a lot of time, as the majority of the monsters required to wake up Maulch take 12 hours or longer to incubate. Additionally, prepare Furcorn eggs on Shugabush Island and Light Island.
  2. Breed the Entbrats on Plant Island, the Spunges on Cold Island, the Pummels on Water Island, and the Quarristers on Earth Island. Since every monster required except Noggin has the Plant element, you can freely breed your Noggins on Air Island, Fire Haven, Faerie Island, and Bone Island. Furcorns are the only required monsters on Shugabush Island, so begin breeding them there; however, you run the risk of breeding a Shugabush or a Shugabeats, which both take over a day to process through the Breeding Station. If you get one of those, you can still continue breeding Furcorns on Light Island.
  3. Breed the Clambles and the Furcorns once you have finished breeding the Entbrats and the Quarristers; as both monsters are available on both islands, it does not matter which Quad is finished first. Alternatively, breed the Furcorns on Cold Island once you have finished breeding the required Spunges.

You have a seven day time limit, so you should have a good chance of breeding the required Quads. If you have the Rare variants of the Quads, Maulch becomes significantly easier to wake up.

  1. Start by breeding the Shellbeats at the Water Island, the Quarristers at the Earth Island, the Pummels on Plant Island, the Spunges on the Cold Island, and the Reedlings on Fire Haven. Since Furcorn is the only required monster that can be bred on the Shugabush Island, you can breed your Furcorns here, as well as on Light Island. Note that since all monsters required have the Plant Element, you cannot breed any monsters on the Air Island.
  2. After the Spunges or Reedlings are bred, breed the Dandidoos on Cold Island and Fire Haven.
