How do I get Monsters on Wublin Island?

The Wublin statues are available in the Monsters section of the Market menu on Wublin Island. They do not require incubation and can be placed directly on Wublin Island.

How do I wake up a Wublin?

Once breeding is complete, you can choose to Zap a Monster egg from another Island into a Wublin statue to give it the spark of life and wake it up. If more than one Wublin requires the egg that you've bred, you can choose which statue to Zap the egg into.

How do I know which Eggs to Zap?

Check a Wublin's inventory to see which eggs it needs to be woken up. Often, multiples of the same egg will be required - this is indicated by the fraction that appears below the egg. At any time during Zapping, you can buy the remaining eggs in exchange for Diamonds.

To start, you’ll need to buy a Wublin statue from the Market and place it on Wublin Island.

Now that you’ve placed the statue, it’s time to use the spark of life to wake it up! You can do this by Zapping un-incubated eggs directly from Breeding Structures on your other islands, and turning them into the Electrical energy that Wublins need to awaken! Check a Wublin’s Inventory to see which eggs need to be Zapped.

To Zap an egg, simply tap on a Breeding Structure, and instead of sending it to the Nursery to be incubated, you can Zap it right to the Wublin! On the Zap It screen, tap the Wublin you want to Zap the egg into (you can also view the Wublin’s inventory from this screen). After zapping the first Egg, you’ll notice that back on Wublin Island, a countdown timer has appeared beneath the statue. That’s because you only have a set amount of time to Zap all the required eggs to the Wublin before the eggs go bad and you’ll need to start the process again.

If you do manage to get all the eggs on time, you get to witness the electrifyingly exciting event of a Wublin awakening.

If you need a little more help with zapping we've included a short video tutorial to help!

How much time do I have to wake up a Wublin?

Each Wublin has a different amount of time during which you can Zap eggs. Unless all the necessary eggs are collected and Zapped within the time allotted, the eggs will go bad and you'll need to start the process again. However, you will be compensated for the eggs lost.

What currency does a Wublin produce after it wakes up?

After it has woken up, a Wublin will randomly produce either Coins, Treats, Shards or Diamonds. The amount of currency produced and the percentage distribution of currencies are dependent on the difficulty level of waking up the Wublin in question.

What is Polarity?

Polarity works like Happiness elsewhere in the Monster World, except that each Wublin has only 1 positively-charged pole and 1 negatively-charged pole. When a Wublin is placed beside its positively-charged pole, the amount of time it takes to produce currency will decrease. When a Wublin is placed beside its negatively-charged pole, the amount of time it takes to produce currency will increase.

What happens when I place a Wubbox on Wublin Island?

You will need to Box one of each Wublin in the Wubbox in order to powerup, just as you would on other Islands.

Can I place Monsters from Wublin Island on Gold Island?

Monsters from Wublin Island cannot be placed on Gold Island, because of conflicts in dimensional magic.

How do I evolve a Wublin?

You can unlock an awakened Wublin's evolutionary potential by spending Keys. After the first Rare egg is Zapped to the Wublin, it will enter a state of hibernation and will cease producing any currency.

How do I know which Eggs to Zap?

Check an awakened Wublin's inventory to see which Rare eggs it needs to be evolved. Often, multiples of the same egg will be required - this is indicated by the fraction that appears below the egg. At any time during Zapping, you can buy the remaining eggs in exchange for Diamonds.

How much time do I have to evolve a Wublin?

Thankfully, there is no time limit or expiry on evolving Wublins, due to the added difficulty of Zapping Rare eggs.

What currency does a Rare Wublin produce after it's evolved?

After evolution is complete, a Rare Wublin will randomly produce either Coins, Treats, Shards or Diamonds. The amount of currency produced and the percentage distribution of currencies are dependent on the difficulty level of evolving the Rare Wublin in question.

How many Rare Wublins of a given type can I own?

You can only own up to 3 of a given type of Rare Wublin. Wubbox's house, Wubbox's rules.
