What did Jack do to his father in Lost?

While Jack thinks Cass is his father, there's no denying that Jack is Lucifer's baby. The angel blade to the heart proved that. If Cass was Jack's father, then Jack would have died in that jail cell. So, Jack has to be the son of an archangel.

Christian later suffers a severe heart attack and dies in an alley. His body is discovered and placed in a morgue, where he is identified by Jack. A funeral service was arranged back in LA, but Jack has trouble clearing Christian's coffin onto the doomed plane.
The night before they're set to leave on Ajira Airways Flight 316, Jack and Kate sleep together at Jack's apartment, after Kate asserts that she's also going back to the island, and makes Jack promise never again to ask where Aaron went.
