Make a small loop at one end of the pipe cleaner. Then have fun threading cheerios onto the pipe cleaner, try not to eat too many as you go!!!

Once thepipe cleaner is full of cheerios twist the twoends of the pipe cleaner together and bend the bird feeder into any shape you choose. We went with a heart shape. Older children might like to experiment with twisting more than onepipe cleaner together to see what they can create.
